В последнее десятилетие дооперационная реабилитация привлекает значительное внимание как отечественных, так и зарубежных специалистов, однако её эффективность и влияние на раннее восстановление пациентов с остеоартрозом коленного сустава после проведения первичного эндопротезирования вызывает много противоречий и остаётся спорной.</p><p>Цель исследования – проведение анализа научной литературы и оценка результатов, потенциальных преимуществ и недостатков применения доступных и современных методов дооперационной реабилитации в период подготовки к первичному эндопротезированию у пациентов с остеоартрозом коленного сустава.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В ходе настоящего исследования поиск данных осуществляли по базам Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, РИНЦ за период с 2009 по 2024 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В результате анализа были выявлены ключевые методы дооперационной реабилитации, применяемые в период подготовки к проведению тотального эндопротезирования коленного сустава, а также было изучено влияние данных методов на восстановление у пациентов функциональных показателей, изменение болевых ощущений и продолжительность пребывания в стационаре после проведения операции в сравнении со стандартной программой подготовки к тотальному эндопротезированию коленного сустава.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В ходе исследования было выявлено, что дооперационная реабилитация перед проведением тотального эндопротезирования коленного сустава может значительно сократить продолжительность пребывания в стационаре, однако убедительных доказательств улучшения послеоперационных функциональных показателей установлено не было. Для определения реальной эффективности дооперационной реабилитации необходимы клинические исследования, направленные на изучение влияния комплексных программ дооперационной реабилитации на патогенетические аспекты остеоартроза, клинические симптомы и функциональные показатели в послеоперационном периоде.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. In the last decade, preoperative rehabilitation has attracted considerable attention from both domestic and foreign specialists, however, its effectiveness and impact on the early recovery of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint after primary arthroplasty causes many contradictions and remains controversial.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze the scientific literature and evaluate the results, potential advantages and disadvantages of using available and modern methods of preoperative rehabilitation in preparation for primary arthroplasty in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In the course of this study, data was searched using Scopus, Web of Sciеnce, Pubmed, and RSCI databases for the period from 2009 to 2024.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. As a result of the analysis, the key methods of preoperative rehabilitation used during the preparation for total knee arthroplasty were identified, and the effect of these methods on the restoration of functional parameters in patients, changes in pain and the duration of hospital stay after surgery was studied in comparison with the standard program of preparation for total knee arthroplasty.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. During the study, it was revealed that preoperative rehabilitation before total knee replacement can significantly reduce the duration of hospital stay, however, convincing evidence of improvement in postoperative functional parameters has not been established.
