Для оценки сердечно-сосудистого риска пересматриваются старые методы и предлагаются новые, более объективные и простые в использовании, с учётом новых эпидемиологических, экономических и пищевых преобразований. Данный подход позволяет расширить круг лиц, за которым необходимо проводить наблюдение. Цель исследования: сравнить уровень сердечно-сосудистого риска по шкалам SCORE и SCORE2 среди практически здорового мужского населения. Объект и методы. Исследование проводилось среди мужского населения в возрасте 40–59 лет. Было включено 419 человек. Для каждого респондента рассчитывался риск сердечно-сосудистых осложнений с использованием SCORE и SCORE2. Статистический анализ проводился в программе StatTech v. 4.7.1. Результаты. По шкале SCORE респонденты распределились следующим образом: в группе 40–44 года 10 обследуемых составило группу низкого риска, 38 – умеренного; в группе 45–49 лет 59 человек – умеренного риска, 22 – высокого риска, 1 – очень высокого риска. В группе 50–54 года: 56 составили умеренный риск, 40 – высокий риск, 7 – очень высокий риск. В группе 54–59 лет 36 человек в группе умеренного риска, 48 – высокого риска, 34 – очень высоко. По шкале SCORE2 те же респонденты вошли в группу высокого и очень высокого риска. При этом риск осложнений вырос на 9% (p &lt; 0,001). Респонденты с уровнем Хс-неЛПВП менее 3,99 ммоль/л по шкале SCORE распределились следующим образом: в группе 40–44 года 3 человека составили группу низкого риска, 6 – умеренного; в группе 45–49 лет 16 человек – умеренного риска. В группе 50–54 года: 19 составили умеренный риск. В группе 54–59 лет 20 человек в группе умеренного риска, 4 – веского риска, 34 – очень высокого. По оценке по шкале SCORE2 те же респонденты вошли в группу высокого и очень высокого риска. Риск осложнений вырос на 10% (p &lt; 0,001). Заключение. Шкала SCORE2 позволяет оценить риск сердечных событий у большего круга лиц, их более активному наблюдению в будущем и расширить показания к назначению терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To assess cardiovascular risk, old methods are being reviewed and new, more objective and easy-to-use methods are being proposed, taking into account new epidemiological, economic and nutritional transformations. This approach allows you to expand the circle of people who need to be monitored. Objective. To compare the level of cardiovascular risk on the SCORE and SCORE2 scales among an almost healthy male population. Object and methods. The study was conducted among the male population aged 40-59 years. 419 people were included. The risk of cardiovascular complications was calculated for each respondent using SCORE and SCORE2. The statistical analysis was carried out in the StatTech v. program. 4.7.1. Results. According to the SCORE scale, the respondents were distributed as follows: in the 40–44–year–old group, 10 subjects were in the low-risk group, 38 were in the moderate group; in the 45–49-year-old group, 59 were in moderate risk, 22 were in high risk, and 1 was in very high risk. In the 50–54-year-old group, 56 were at moderate risk, 40 were at high risk, and 7 were at very high risk. The respondents with HDL-C levels of less than 3.99 mmol/L on the SCORE scale were distributed as follows: in the 40–44 year group, 3 were in the low–risk group, 6 were in the moderate risk group; in the 45–49 year group, 16 were in the moderate risk group. In the 50–54 year old group, 19 were at moderate risk. In the 54–59-year-old group, 20 people were in the moderate risk group, 4 were at high risk, and 34 were very high. According to the SCORE2 scale, the same respondents were included in the high and very high risk groups. The risk of complications increased by 10% (p &lt; 0.001). Conclusion.
