Глубокая или агрессивная ангиомиксома — это редкая доброкачественная мезенхимальная опухоль, которая обычно возникает из мягких тканей промежности и таза у женщин в пременопаузе. По состоянию на сентябрь 2020 года было зарегистрировано всего 88 случаев агрессивной ангиомиксомы у мужчин. Глубокая или агрессивная ангиомиксома обычно протекает бессимптомно. При этом она характеризуется медленным ростом, склонностью к глубокой инвазии в ткани забрюшинного пространства и мышцы тазовой диафрагмы. В статье рассмотрен клинический случай обнаружения глубокой ангиомиксомы у мужчины при прохождении диспансеризации. Показана важность проведения тщательной дифференциальной диагностики, прохождения пациентами регулярных профилактических осмотров и диспансеризации, а также значимость проведения объективного физикального обследования пациента при каждом обращении к врачу для максимально раннего выявления признаков новообразований

Deep (aggressive) angiomyxoma is a rare benign mesenchymal tumor that usually arises from the soft tissues of the perineum and pelvis in premenopausal women. As of September 2020, only 88 cases of aggressive angiomyxoma in men have been reported. Deep or aggressive angiomyxoma is usually asymptomatic. At the same time, it is characterized by slow growth, a tendency to deeply invade the tissues of the retroperitoneal space and the muscles of the pelvic diaphragm. The article discusses a clinical case of deep angiomyxoma detection in a man during a medical examination. The importance of conducting a thorough differential diagnosis, regular preventive examinations and medical examinations by patients, as well as the significance of an objective physical examination of the patient at each visit to the doctor for the earliest possible detection of signs of neoplasms is shown.
