Опухоли выступают как стрессоры, вызывая метаболические расстройства и изменяя регуляцию обмена веществ. Надпочечники реагируют на стрессовые факторы, и их изменения, особенно в пучковой и сетчатой зонах, могут указывать на длительное воздействие опухоли. Однако литература недостаточно освещает влияние различных доброкачественных и злокачественных опухолей на морфофункциональное состояние надпочечников. Изученные закономерности изменения морфофункционального состояния надпочечников при различных злокачественных опухолях органов брюшной полости могут быть использованы для прогнозирования течения онкопатологии, оценки влияния сопутствующей патологии на течение заболевания и эффективности проводимого лечения на исход. Выявленные возрастные и половые особенности изменения морфофункционального состояния надпочечников при различных злокачественных опухолях органов брюшной полости могут быть положены в основу методов профилактики летальных исходов. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Oncopathology is one of the main causes of mortality and makes diagnosis difficult due to the asymptomatic course of metastases and non-specificity of analyses. Tumours act as stressors, causing metabolic disorders and altering metabolic regulation. The adrenal glands respond to stressors and their changes, especially in the fascicular and reticular zones, may indicate long-term tumour exposure. However, the literature is insufficient to highlight the impact of various benign and malignant tumours on the morphofunctional state of the adrenal glands. The studied patterns of changes in the morphofunctional state of the adrenal glands in various malignant tumors of the abdominal organs can be used to predict the course of oncopathology, assess the effect of concomitant pathology on the course of the disease and the effectiveness of treatment on the outcome.
