На развитие раневого процесса оказывает влияние значение pH раневого отделяемого, которое определяет скорость протекания всех биохимических реакций, происходящих в ране. В ходе исследования у пациентов производилось измерение экссудата раны в послеоперационном периоде. Было отмечено, что у пациентов с изначальными значениями водородного показателя раневого отделяемого, который составлял 7, наблюдался более эффективный процесс заживления послеоперационной раны, в то время как у пациентов с изначальным значением pH равным 8 раневой процесс принял затяжной характер. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The wound process is a set of stages that successively replace each other and as a result lead to epithelization of the skin and closure of the wound defect. The development of the wound process is influenced by the pH value of the wound contents, which determines the rate of all biochemical reactions occurring in the wound. In the course of the study, patients were measured for wound exudate in the postoperative period.
