Хирургическое лечение новообразований, различные генетические нарушения и травмы лица нередко способствуют нарушению общего эстетического восприятия человека и развитию дисфункций [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. Основная сложность реконструктивного лечения в челюстно-лицевой области состоит в четком понимании анатомо-топографических ориентиров и трехмерных взаимоотношений органов и тканей друг от друга.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Разработка алгоритма использования эктраоральных имплантатов различных видов при различных тотальных дефектах лица.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Сбор и анализ клинического материала осуществлялся в отделении челюстно-лицевой хирургии на базе Самарской областной клинической больницы им. В.Д. Середавина. С 2015 года и по настоящее время нами было инсталлировано 104 экстраоральных имплантата различной конструкции для восстановительной реабилитации пятидесяти пациентов, страдающих тотальными дефектами лица различной протяженности.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Анализ проведенного нами исследования показал, что использование экстраоральных имплантатов различной конструкции при тотальных дефектах лица различной протяженности, при учете индивидуальных анатомо-топографических особенностей, этиологии тотального дефекта продемонстрировало свою клиническую эффективность.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>RETRACTED ARTICLE</title><p><ext-link xlink:href="https://vestnik.reaviz.ru/jour/pages/view/retr1" ext-link-type="uri">RETRACTED ARTICLE</ext-link></p></sec><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Surgical treatment of neoplasms, various genetic disorders and facial trauma often contribute to a violation of the general aesthetic perception of a person and the development of dysfunctions [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. The main difficulty of reconstructive treatment in the maxillofacial area is a clear understanding of the anatomical and topographic landmarks and three-dimensional relationships of organs and tissues from each other. </p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. Development of an algorithm for the use of various types of extraoral implants for various total facial defects. Materials and methods. The collection and analysis of clinical material was carried out in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery on the basis of the Samara Regional Clinical Hospital  named after V.I. V.D. Seredavina. From 2015 to the present, we have installed 104 extraoral implants of various designs for the rehabilitation rehabilitation of fifty patients suffering from total facial defects of various lengths. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
