Представлен клинический случай пациентки 38 лет, у которой были отмечены аномальный дренаж ветви правой легочной вены как в нижнюю полую вену, так и в левое предсердие, в сочетании с системным артериальным притоком к заднебазальным отделам нижней доли правого легкого и диафрагмальная грыжа с пролабированием части печени в грудную полость. Аномальная легочная вена делала несколько изгибов прежде чем впасть в левое предсердие, что в зарубежной литературе описано как «блуждающая лёгочная вена». Для уточнения диагноза была проведена компьютерная томография органов грудной клетки с болюсным контрастным усилением, проведен анализ литературных источников.

The paper presents a clinical case of a 38-year-old woman who had an anomalous confluence of the right pulmonary vein, both into the inferior vena cava and into the left atrium, which corresponds to be the "scimitar" syndrome. The abnormal pulmonary vein made several bends before draining into the left atrium, which is described in foreign literature as a "meandering pulmonary vein". To clarify the diagnosis, a CT scan of the chest with bolus contrast enhancement and a deep analysis of literature sources were performed.
