Выявлено, что у здоровых лиц амплитуда ЭМГ зависит от характера выполняемых упражнений. Наибольшая амплитуда ЭМГ зарегистрирована при выполнении статических упражнений. Установлено, что у пациентов, находящихся в остром периоде инсульта, при выполнении сгибания и разгибания пальцев рук преимущественно регистрировалась низкоамплитудная растянутая на весь цикл движения без четкого пика экстремума ЭМГ-активности. При выполнении статических упражнений в значительной мере в положительную сторону изменились показатели амплитуды и частоты следования колебаний ЭМГ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We measured mean amplitude (MA-EMG) and oscillation repetition rate (ORR-EMG) during dynamic and static exercises in clinical setting for the first time. We found that in healthy individuals, EMG amplitude depends on the nature of the exercises. The highest EMG amplitude was registered during static exercises. Patients with acute stroke primarily demonstrated low-amplitude EMG activity extended through the entire cycle of movement without a clear peak.
