<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The quality of life of the urban population of the working-age population (Internet users) of the Sverdlovsk region aged 16 to 60 years was studied using the WHOQOL-BREF standardized questionnaire (Russian version) and the author's questionnaire in June-July 2021. The study showed that the average subjective final assessment of quality of life was 69.1% (standard deviation 10.3%). The quality of life is closely related to the commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Adherence to a healthy lifestyle, in turn, depends on age. The indicator for assessing the quality of life of the population is comparable to the regional ones obtained in other studies.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>качество жизни</kwd><kwd>трудоспособное население</kwd><kwd>здоровый образ жизни</kwd><kwd>Свердловская область</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>quality of life</kwd><kwd>labor force</kwd><kwd>healthy lifestyle</kwd><kwd>Sverdlovsk region</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование проведено при поддержке ООО «ЕВРОМЕД».</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The study was carried out with the support of EUROMED LLC.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Регионы России, Cтатистический сборник, Росстат, 2020.</mixed-citation><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Regions of Russia, Statistical compendium, Rosstat, 2020.
