Такие продукты должны представлять собой биоактивный трехмерный матрикс, содержащий либо клетки, либо биологически активные белки в виде факторов роста, сигнальных молекул, либо необходимые гены и/или их продукты. В работе представлен фрагмент результатов исследований по технологии создания, путям достижения значимых качественных и количественных параметров свойств такого матрикса и оценена биосовместимость in vivo c использованием оригинальной модели критического дефекта костной ткани.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The development of new implantable materials for bone regeneration remains a challenging task that is currently being considered from the perspective of tissue engineering. Such products should consist of bioactive threedimensional matrix containing either cells or biologically active proteins, including growth factors, signaling molecules, or specific genes and/or their products.
