Разработан и внедрен новый способ, в котором впервые применен спредер-имплантат в виде сендвич-композита, представляющий собой комбинацию из перфорированной пластинки костного цемента «Hi-Fatigue Bone Cement» необходимого размера, покрытой с одной или обеих сторон биокомпозитным материалом «ЛитАр». В результате выполнения работы удалось установить, что «сендвич-имплантат» способствует репарации хрящевой и костной части, а также слизистой оболочки нижней носовой раковины, стимулирует неоангиогенез и обеспечивает постоянство объема раковины в долгосрочной перспективе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study is to reconstruct the resected inferior nasal cavity. A new method was developed and introduced, in which a spreader-implant in the form of a sandwich composite, which is a combination of a perforated plate of "Hi-Fatigue Bone Cement" of the required size, covered on one or both sides with the biocomposite material "LitAr", was used for the first time.
