В зависимости от классификации разрыва ахиллова сухожилия определяется тактика лечения. Существующая классификация разрывов ахиллова сухожилия, с нашей точки зрения, недостаточно отражает и систематизирует подход к хирургическому лечению, что послужило более детальному изучению и дополнению существующей классификации разрывов ахиллова сухожилия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the literature, the treatment of patients with Achilles tendon ruptures begins with diagnosis and diagnosis. Depending on the classification of Achilles tendon rupture, treatment tactics are determined.
