Одним из редких осложнений после эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава является перипротезная инфекция. Двухэтапное ревизионное эндопротезирование является золотым стандартом при лечении глубокой перипротезной инфекции крупных суставов, обеспечивающее высокую вероятность купирования инфекционного процесса, а также функциональное восстановление конечности и устранение болевого синдрома.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: улучшить результаты лечения пациентов с перипротезной инфекцией после первичного эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование был включен 121 пациент (62 пациента в основной группе и 59 пациентов в контрольной) после первичного эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава. В основной группе проводилось лечение с использованием двухэтапной методики с имплантацией преформированного спейсера и предложенного нами алгоритма. В контрольной группе лечение проводилось с использованием самодельного спейсера и без использования разработанного алгоритма.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При использовании разработанного нами алгоритма достигнут хороший результат в лечении перипротезной инфекции. Инфекционный процесс был купирован у 80,6 % пациентов основной группы по сравнению с 64,4 % в контрольной группе, что сопоставимо с данными отечественной и зарубежной литературы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Лечение пациентов с перипротезной инфекцией должно осуществляться только в специализированных центрах, выполняющих все этапы лечения, имеющих весь необходимый набор инструментария, оснащённость операционного блока, необходимые медикаменты в аптеке стационара, опытных сотрудников и оснащённость бактериологической лаборатории, а также многолетний опыт работы хирургов с данной категорией пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. One of the rare complications following hip arthroplasty is periprosthetic joint infection (PJI). Two-stage revision arthroplasty is the gold standard in the treatment of deep periprosthetic infection of large joints, providing high probability of infection process resolution as well as functional recovery of the limb and elimination of pain syndrome.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to improve the treatment results of patients with periprosthetic infection after primary hip arthroplasty.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. 121 patients (62 patients in the main group and 59 in the control group) after primary hip arthroplasty were included in the study. In the main group, treatment was performed using a two-stage technique with implantation of a preformed spacer and our proposed algorithm. In the control group, treatment was performed using a homemade spacer and without using the developed algorithm.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. When using our developed treatment algorithm, a good result in the treatment of UTI was achieved. The infectious process was controlled in 80.6 % of cases, as compared with 64.4 % in the control group, which is comparable with the data of domestic and foreign literature.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
