Рак молочной железы остаётся одной из самых актуальных проблем современной онкологии. Согласно статистическим данным, заболеваемость раком молочной железы неуклонно растёт, что делает его самой распространённой онкопатологией среди женщин. В данной ситуации безусловно важен аспект диагностики рака молочной железы, в особенности на ранних, неинвазивных, стадиях, что позволит снизить смертность, увеличить возможности органосохранного лечения, продолжительность и качество жизни пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: провести сравнительный анализ визуализационных методов диагностики неинвазивных карцином молочной железы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Был проведён анализ современной российской и зарубежной литературы, посвящённой диагностике неинвазивных карцином молочной железы. Учитывались материалы не старше 7 лет, опубликованные в специализированных медицинских изданиях, руководствах и журналах.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализу подлежали не только основные, но и новые, многообещающие методы визуализации, которые, на данный момент, не входят в рутинную практику. Обсуждению также подверглись основные картины визуализации при неинвазивных карциномах молочной железы (DCIS, LCIS и раке Педжета молочной железы), целесообразность и прогностическая ценность тех или иных методов диагностики при различных нозологиях данного заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Представленные статистические данные доказывают важность проблемы рака молочной железы, а также актуальность его диагностики на неинвазивных стадиях. По мнению авторов, вопрос точной диагностики рака in situ молочной железы подлежит дальнейшей дискуссии и изучению, но хочется отметить, что при подозрении на неинвазивную карциному молочной железы и получении сомнительных результатов визуализации не стоит ограничиваться только обыденными методами визуализационных исследований, а расширять дальнейшую тактику диагностики до получения точных результатов и постановки окончательного диагноза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Breast carcinomas (BC) remain one of the most actual problems of modern oncology. According to statistics, the incidence of BC is steadily increasing, making it the most common cancer pathology among women. In this situation, the aspect of diagnosing BC at early, non-invasive stages, is certainly important, which still reduces mortality, increases the possibility of organ-preserving treatment, duration and quality of life of patients.</p></sec><sec><title>The purpose of study</title><p>The purpose of study. The purpose of study is to investigate and perform a comparative analysis of imaging techniques for the diagnosis of non-invasive breast carcinomas.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Modern Russian and foreign literature about the diagnosis of non-invasive breast carcinomas was analyzed. Publications not older than 7 years published in specialized medical editions were taken into account Results. Not only main, but also new, promising imaging modalities that are not currently part of routine practice were analyzed. The main imaging patterns in non-invasive breast carcinomas (DCIS, LCIS and Paget's breast cancer), feasibility and prognostic value of certain diagnostic methods in different nosologies of this disease were also discussed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The statistics provided explain the importance of breast carcinomas problem, as well as the relevance of its diagnosis at non-invasive stages.
