Основными достоинствами метода являются низкая стоимость, отсутствие ионизирующего облучения, высокая чувствительность и возможность проведения инвазивных вмешательств под ультразвуковой навигацией. При этом отмечаются существенные недостатки ультразвукового исследования, такие как низкая специфичность и значительная зависимость от опыта врача. Для повышения специфичности и нивелирования влияния опыта оператора в последнее десятилетие были разработаны новые методики ультразвукового исследования, такие как УЗ-эластография и УЗИ с контрастным усилением. Вместе с серо-шкальным УЗИ они являются неотъемлемой частью мультипараметрического ультразвукового исследования. В обзоре представлены актуальные литературные данные о диагностической эффективности мультипараметрического УЗИ узлов щитовидной железы, особое внимание уделено стратификации рисков злокачественных образований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ultrasound (US) is the first imaging modality for thyroid parenchyma evaluation. In the last decades, the role of ultrasound has been improved with the introduction of new US software, such as contrast-enhanced ultrasound and US-elastography. US-elastography is nowadays recognized as an essential part of the multiparametric ultrasound examination. More controversial is the role of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in thyroid evaluation, due to its high variability in sensitivity and specificity.
