Такие функциональные методы диагностики, как капнометрия, спирометрия, оценка диффузионной способности лёгких и вымывание азота при множественном дыхании, могут использоваться не только для оценки дисфункции дыхательных путей, но и для наблюдения за течением заболевания. Необходимо дальнейшее развитие методов по изучению респираторной функции лёгких и, по возможности, их внедрение в повседневную клиническую практику. Целью данного обзора явились возможности диагностических тестов для оценки вентиляционной и газообменной функции лёгких у пациентов с бронхиальной астмой и хронической обструктивной болезнью лёгких.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the possibilities of functional diagnostics of the respiratory function of the lungs in patients with bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Functional diagnostic methods such as capnometry, spirometry, assessment of lung diffusivity and multiple breath nitrogen washout can be used not only to assess airway dysfunction, but also to monitor the course of the disease. There is a need for further development of methods for studying the respiratory function of the lungs and, if possible, their introduction into everyday clinical practice.
