Изучение возникающих осложнений при ортопедическом лечении пациентов с использованием различных конструкций съёмных зубных протезов является одной из актуальных тем. В этой связи в настоящее время широко исследуются наночастицы серебра из-за их широкого спектра действия и физико-химических свойств.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: определить частоту осложнений у пациентов со съёмными акриловыми протезными конструкциями с включёнными наночастицами серебра в зависимости от видов и локализации протезов.</p></sec><sec><title>Объект и методы</title><p>Объект и методы. Обследовано 58 пациентов (средний возраст 60,6 ± 3,14 года) с частичной и полной адентией. Состояние слизистой оболочки рта оценивали по классификации Суппле, беззубую верхнюю челюсть – по классификации Шредера, беззубую нижнюю челюсть – по классификации Кллера. Использованы протезы, изготовленные на основе акриловой пластмассы Фторакс. В акриловый полимер вводили 0,01–0,03 мас.% нанокристаллическое серебро.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Наиболее частые осложнения: потеря удержания протеза, дискомфорт и боль, связанные с последующими изъязвлениями. При определении шанса возникновения осложнения в зависимости от типа протеза значимых различий не выявлено.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. The study of emerging complications in the orthopedic treatment of patients using various designs of removable dentures is one of the relevant topics. In this regard, silver nanoparticles are currently being widely studied, due to their wide spectrum of action and physico-chemical properties.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to determine the frequency of complications in patients with removable acrylic prosthetic structures with silver nanoparticles included, depending on the types and localization of prostheses.</p></sec><sec><title>Object and methods</title><p>Object and methods. 58 patients (mean age 60.6±3.14 years) with partial and complete adentia were examined. The condition of the oral mucosa was assessed according to the Supple classification, the toothless upper jaw – according to the Schroeder classification, the toothless lower jaw – according to the Keller classification. Prostheses made on the basis of acrylic plastic Fluorax were used. 0.01–0.03 wt was injected into the acrylic polymer.% nanocrystalline silver.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The most common complications are: loss of retention of the prosthesis, discomfort and pain associated with subsequent ulceration.
