Современные возможности и перспективы мезенхимальных стволовых клеток в ортопедической стоматологии (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

В обзорной статье представлены результаты анализа современных литературных источников, посвящённых получению и применению мезенхимальным стволовым клеткам (МСК) в ортопедической стоматологии. В статье рассмотрены основные типы дентальных МСК – стволовые клетки пульпы зуба (DPSC), стволовые клетки отслоившихся молочных зубов (SHED), стволовые клетки апикального сосочка (SCAP), клетки пародонтальной связки (PDLSC) – их происхождение, молекулярно-биологические характеристики, дифференцировочный потенциал и возможности применения в тканевой инженерии. Обобщены данные о секреторной активности МСК, их иммуномодулирующих и регенеративных свойствах. Подчёркнута высокая перспективность применения дентальных МСК в реконструкции твёрдых и мягких тканей полости рта, в том числе при адентии, как альтернатива или дополнение к традиционным методам лечения.
